Brief description on the project: Ethylene is one of the most basic petrochemical raw materials, it may be used for the production of many kinds of basic organic raw materials, simultaneously, it is also the monomer of synthesized material. In the project, it is planned to utilize rich coal resource in Hegang to build large carbinol project, simultaneously, olefin production unit(with carbinol as raw material) will also be built, the project has excellent market prospect.

Investment estimate and source: The total investment is US$452.0548 million, the enterprise will raise 20% in the manner of land and fund; it is proposed to attract 80% of the total investment in the manner of fund or technology.

Estimated economic benefit after the project construction is completed: the annual output value is US$479.4521 million, the annual profit & tax is US$82.1918 million.
